Q: I have a problem with my order, what are your return/exchange policies?
A: We hope you are pleased with the items you purchased. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable and return postage must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD’s on return shipments. See our complete return and exchange policy.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: There is no sales tax for shipments outside of Florida. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within Florida where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. State and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Q: Can I mail, phone, fax, or e-mail my order?
A: The easiest and fastest way to place your order is via our secure shopping cart right here at www.vestexprotects.com. Unfortunately we cannot process orders via phone, mail or fax.

Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders; handling, packaging and shipping products to you together with fuel surcharges and overhead expenses. In some cases amounts collected may exceed expenses, in some cases we may have a shortfall.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground: Delivered in approximately 2-3 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total merchandise dollar amount.

Q: If my selection is backordered, what happens?
A: Our online store does not allow backordering. If your desired item is out of stock please call 407-781-2570 for more information.

Q: What should I do if I was shipped the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
A: Please follow the instructions for Returns; you will receive a full refund. You may place a new order for the correct item.

A: As long as you return the items within 30 days of receipt you will receive a full credit.

Q: What if I do not know my size?
A: If you do not know your size, please use our sizing chart found here. Our Unisex items run larger, so women should order a size smaller than usual.

Q: How will I know if my order went through?
A: When you place an order and your e-mail address is provided, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. Please make sure you enter your valid e-mail address correctly so that you will receive your confirmations and notices. Note: If you are using e-mail filters and/or blockers, make sure that you can receive e-mails from vestexprotects.com so that e-mail notices such as these will come through.

Q: Will the colors match what I see on my monitor?
A: We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product’s true color may not appear as they should on your screen.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Standard orders will typically ship within 2 business days if the merchandise is in stock.  If there is a delay beyond this, we will notify you.  You will only be charged once for shipping if you order ships in multiple shipments.

Q: How long after placing my order will I receive confirmation?
A: Shortly after the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.  This serves as your receipt.

Q: How long does Vestex protection last?
A: The Impregnation Process used for Vestex is part of our proprietary trade secret and is partly responsible for the durability and level of protection Vestex provides.

In general terms, it is a pad-dry-cure impregnation process:

  • In a pad-dry-cure process, water and chemicals are applied to the fabric in a bath, and the fabric is then passed through rollers under pressure so that the chemicals are pressed into the fibers of the fabric.
  • After rubbing, the fabric is dried in an oven.
  • Finally the technologies are cured into the fibers at ultra high temperatures to ensure bonding.


Vestex technologies are impregnated into the fabric at the fiber level which gives two key benefits:

  • Technologies are permanently affixed to the fibers. It won’t rub off.
  • Its preserves inter fiber space which allows for vapor transmission from the skin – it is breathable (unlike spray on fluid barriers which are broad surface barriers that block inter fiber space and feel hot and sweaty to the skin.)


Vestex™ protection does not wear out until the fabric does.

Q: How does laundering affect Vestex protection?
A: Because the technologies are impregnated into the fibers, as long as you have textile, you have technology.

Heat from drying and pressing actually regenerates the fluid barrier technology.
