If you are not completely comfortable with a Vestex product you have received, please send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange, no questions asked.
We send exchanges with no additional shipping and processing charges. Original shipping and processing charges and embroidered items are not refundable, unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please direct questions email@example.com.
Please complete the Returns and Exchanges form and specify the reason for your return or exchange.
If you received a product that is damaged or defective, or an incorrect item was shipped, we will credit your credit card for the original shipping and processing charges and your return shipping and processing charges. Please include your US Postal Service receipt in your return package.

We will issue a credit to your credit card when we receive your package. The credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Original shipping and processing charges cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged, defective or an incorrect product was shipped.

Vestex protection is easy to maintain. Simple home or industrial machine wash and dry. Heat from drying and ironing actually regenerates Vestex technology. Do not use fabric softeners and dryer sheets with Vestex.
Please Note For Unisex Items (scrub tops and lab coats): Women should order at least one or two sizes smaller than usual. Women's T-shirts run very small so please order one or two sizes larger than usual.

Using the Shopping Cart

Occasionally demand for a product will exceed the quantity we have in stock. If you order an item that is currently out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail that the product is backordered, and will sometimes be given the option to replace the item with a different one (i.e. a different color). Note: If you are using e-mail filters and/or blockers, make sure that you can receive e-mails from vestagen.com so that e-mails such as these will come through.
If an item (or items) you've ordered are out of stock, we will ship you the items that were in stock first as not to delay your entire order. When your backordered items come in, we will immediately ship them to you at our cost and no extra charge to you.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge.
How to Cancel or Change an Order
We use automated order processing and warehouse systems, so we probably will not be able to cancel or modify your order before it is processed. Therefore, cancellation or change of an order usually involves return of merchandise or additional shipments.
